Proctor Labs is pleased to announce our customized vRack Remote Control System. Our unique system has been created to provide you with a magnificent online learning experience.
Simplicity: We believe that your quest to obtain your CCIE certification is difficult enough; you do not need to be burdened by a complex online vRack system. Our online vRack system is based on a single login concept. Simply login and take control of our equipment!
Internet-Enabled Access: With the click of a mouse, you can control our hardware via the Internet. Control our Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPN concentrators, servers and telephones easily with our streamlined interface!
Remote Power Control: You full control of our devices includes power management. Once you are logged into our Remote Control System, just click a button to turn off and on or recycle any of our devices.
Technical Requirements: To utilize Proctor Labs please make sure that your computer meets the following system requirments.

- 512 MB recommended
- Broadband Internet Connection preferred

Note for Voice Customers using Mac OS X
To take full advantage of your voice session you will need either the provided Softphone or the Cisco IP Communicator. Both require Windows 2000 or above. The Cisco IP Communicator has been tested and works properly when running Windows XP under Parallels Desktop for Mac. For more information about running Windows XP on your Intel Mac please visit www.parallels.com
Linux:
Proctorlabs.com was designed to be standards compliant and is found to function properly with Firefox 1.5 and above. Although through testing under linux has not occurred, all features should be fully operational. Please make certain you are using the most current version of Firefox available and the latest flash player.
Note for Voice Customers using Linux
