All of the CCIE Voice vRacks are structured to model the IPexpert CCIE Voice product topology consisting of 2800 series ISR routers (including Frame Relay and PSTN switch, Terminal Server and Backbone routers) Catalyst switches (3750 and ESW Modules), 5 servers, 4 remote 7960 IP phones plus support for your own hardware 7960 or 7962 IP phones or softphones to make up the total of 9 phones that you will test with.

The Proctor Labs hardware is recently-purchased and is 100% up-to-date as the actual CCIE Lab Exam hardware. You can be rest assured, our hardware, IOS, and online tools provide a proficient and successful online learning experience!

Session Times Available:

All vRack sessions are 7 hours, 45 minutes in length (7:45) and are available during three different blocks of time:

Session A: 00:00 - 07:45
Session B: 08:00 - 15:45
Session C: 16:00 - 23:45

NOTICE: All session times follow the Eastern Time Zone.

EACH of our 24 Voice Racks is identical to every other rack, and completely independant of every other rack (NO equipment sharing at all)!
EACH rack has ONLY 2800 series ISR routers (including PSTN-WAN router).
EACH rack is equipped with its OWN PSTN switch that supports multiple, dynamic dial-plans based on lab scenario.
EACH rack is equipped with a Catalyst 3750 switch.
EACH rack is equipped with a 4-port Etherswitch Module.
EACH rack has 4 7960 remote IP phones (with hardware support at your end for the other 5 7960/62 IP phones.
EACH rack has a Unified Communications Manager 7.0 Publisher Server.
EACH rack has a Unified Communications Manager 7.0 Subscriber Server.
EACH rack has a Unity Connections 7.0 Server.
EACH rack has a Unified Presence 7.0 Server.
EACH rack has a Unified Contact Center Express 7.0 Server.
EACH rack has Frame Relay, Fast Ethernet, T1, and E1 technologies.
All routers run 12.4.22T IOS.

All routers, switches and servers can be controlled via the web with our GUI remote control system.
You will not waste time on our racks... when you begin your session, YOU will be able to choose the lab scenario you are working on, and pre-load the configs for that lab scenario - THIS INCLUDES loading base configs for each of the servers!!
Web based support for you to use your own Hardware Phones - INCLUDING PSTN Phone - just enter your MAC Address into our website and click "Apply".
Dynamically switch PSTN in real-time between practicing with E1 PRI or E1 R2 CAS with just the click of a button
SSH/HTTP access to all CUCOS Servers and RDP/HTTP access to UCCX Server.
Access to VMWare virtual servers (CUCM(s), CUPS, UC, UCCX) with ability to start / stop / and revert to clean configuration.
